About The Bags
Build A Bag for Foster Children provides backpacks filled with essentials for young children,
all supplied by volunteer Angels.
Here is a short description of the bags & their contents.
These are ordinary school type backpacks, from different stores. The bags, and everything that goes into them, are new items.
We ask you to donate a bag, or even one piece of new clothing.
Contents we need are:
Boys and Girls - Kids sizes: newborn to 16
2 outfits (e.g.: pants, skirt, t-shirt, shirt, blouse)
1 PJ's (e.g.: nightgown, pants & t-shirt, pyjamas)
socks, underwear
hats, mittens, gloves
books
Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant)
(can be travel size)
A small stuffed animal
A small Christmas gift
Please help us to help the children !
All you have to do is donate a new item of clothing or toiletry, and/or a backpack ! Donations are accepted all year long.
